Our Story
GET TO KNOW US
"We provide professional window cleaning services to residential and commercial clients in the general Denver area."
That's the short story. The long story involves a bunch of live event audio engineers who started a holiday lighting company (Chilly Lights) to get through the slow winter months. Those satisfied clients asked us if we do XYZ other services, so we started to add services by starting other dedicated companies, with dedicated staff to specialize in the details of those other services. We began thinking about, and researching window cleaning about two years prior to launching this arm of the company, then, enter a pandemic that puts all of the audio engineers out of work for some unforeseen length of time, and here we are! As with everything we do, we are focused on sending a friendly, hard working, detail oriented, professional staff to you. Our people care about the end result, and want everyone to have a good experience from start to finish. So of course we guarantee your satisfaction, or we'll be back over to touch up anything we missed.
After all, if we can handle the massive logistics of setting up festivals, and can run a concert scale mixing console, surely we can figure out a squeegee. (With all due respect to the many squeegee slingers out there. We've been practicing... it's harder than it looks. Like, we got it, but it was surprising how much practice it took, and we're certainly not the fastest guys in town yet.)

This isn't our first rodeo in the expanding services department, and from day one we're systemised for a fluid transition into that time. Presently, we're expecting the entire 2020 season to be severely, if not entirely disrupted, and expect to see significant disruption even into the spring or summer of 2021. Much like our landscape lighting company (LÅ«me Landscape Lighting), we'll have a separate trained staff, ready to take over when the time comes to move forward.

Not yet, but we've already been asked about some of these things, and we know we'll be asked again. So instead of starting a whole new company every time one of those questions pops up, we figured we'd just add services that make sense in here. We're truly dedicated to great results, which means we do a ton of research, and make sure we have the right people, and tools, to do the job right. So we select and add services slowly and carefully. Presently we're focused on window and gutter cleaning, but we will certainly add services in the future.
